Why do I need an account?

You need to register for an account in order to buy from the Base Formula website. Once you have an account you can manage your orders more effectively, set up different delivery addresses and create and save repeat shopping lists and wish lists that you can return to a later date. You will also receive information on our latest news and special offers.

Please note that we do not store payment details within your account. These must be entered every time you order as they are immediately encrypted and transferred to our secure server. For more information, please read our

How do I create an account?

Simply click on I would like to open an account and complete all of the mandatory fields in the registration form. Please ensure that all details are accurate as these will be used for shipping purposes unless otherwise directed in the checkout process. 

For security reasons you will be sent a confirmation email that requires you to click on a link to complete your registration.

 

I do not live in the US, should I register on this site?

You should only register for an account on this website if you live in the US or Canada or want items shipping to an address within the US or Canada. Please note that you must have a US or Canadian address in order to register for an account.

Can I use this account to order products from the UK?

Unfortunately you cannot order other Base Formula products via this website. If you want to order products from our wider range then you will need to register for an account and place your order at www.baseformula.com. These orders will be processed and shipped from the UK and will be subject to international carriage charges.
